"H.O.P.E." Hold On Pain Ends."

"Choose hope."

"Sometimes the best thing you can do it not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess, just breath, and have faith that everything will work out for the best."

Invitation:
To not give up. To keep seeking answers. To keep moving forward. To keep seeking God and holding on to His promises. To keep the desire to find healing in my body. To keep the desire to find out why I was still experiencing symptoms. To keep the desire to find peace and joy in the little things of life. To hold on to having the desire to get better, find healing and be happy. To keep walking, To keep lifting weights. To keep eating healthier. To keep going on adventures with my Husband. To keep seeking encouragement.

Let Go:
Let go of the frustration, the unknown, the why is this happening and choose Hope that things are going to work out, that one day I will get answers. Let go of the worry and trust that everything is going to work out.

Reason why:
The slowed down walking returned in January of 2015. My legs would drag and become fatigued. I found the means to get a hearing aide. Later, in the year I got a Bone Anchored Hearing Aide and dealt with a chronic irritant that led to a second surgery later in the year. The muscle pain was holding on and causing extreme stiffness and suffering. I was still living with a lot of pain. The run down tired feeling held on. I was still "giving it time" living with symptoms and waiting for them to go away.

Bible Verses:

"Fear not for I am with you. Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

"You will live secure and full of hope; God will protect you and give you rest." Job 11:18

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you. says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11

"Where then is my hope- who can see any hope for me? Job 17:15

"The LORD delights in those who fear Him, who put their hope in His unfailing love." Psalm 147:11

"Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life." Proverbs 13:12

"No only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character, and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

Let your hope keep you joyful, be patient in your troubles, and pray at all times. Romans 12:12
