Invitation:
I desire to be intentional in life. Intentional with how I spend my time. Intentional in enjoying life. Intentional in enjoying the season. Intentional in making healthy food choices. Intentional in making it a priority in getting walks in. Intentional in doing my strength training program. Intentional about spending time reading God's Word. Intentional in my relationships. My relationship with God. My relationship with my Husband. My relationship with my Family and Friends. Intentional in spending time with family. Intentional in spending time with friends. Intentional on going on adventures with my Husband.
Let Go:
We have to let go of just letting life happen to us. We have to be intentional in how we use our time and energy. We have to be intentional in how we react to the things that are out of our control.
Reason why:
I don't wake up feeling good every day. I never know how I am going to feel when I wake up in the morning. When I do feel good and having a better day I've learned how to take advantage of the time. I have developed a mindset of being Intentional. Intentional in goal setting and planning.
Bible Verses:
"Be careful, then, how you live-not as unwise but as wise." Ephesians 5:15
"You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might." Deuteronomy 6:5 ESV
"By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." John 13:35 ESV
"This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you." John 15:12 ESV
Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were brought with a price. So glorify God in your body

"So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." Psalm 90:12
"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." Romans 12:12
Therefore take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace.
2 Corinthians 12:9 ESV
