Invitation:
I had a feeling that God was preparing me, changing me, and bringing me to a new place. Bringing back the things that I had lost, been taken away because of health issues or had been put on hold. The books I was reading were bringing light to how my parents divorce effected how I viewed relationships and marriage. The words I was reading was gving me insight on the effects of growing up as an adult child of divorce.

Let Go:
In order to live the life God has for me I had to let go of the past. I had to accept healing from the Lord in my heart, mind and body. I had to let go of fear and let God break the walls that were built around my heart to try to protect myself. I had to accept my new normal in the health department and let go of the person I use to be.

Reason why:  I had met a boy, I had been going to a housing class and making preprations to buy a home. Big life changes were in my near future. My health had put life on pause I had the opportunity to write new chapters. I had two big choices to make. Did I want to pursue a relationship and did I want to buy a house? The Lord was preparing me for both of these big life changes.

What I have learned:

1. God is always preparing our hearts.

2. God is good and He knows the plans He has for us. Nothing is a     surprise to Him.

3. God has the power to change situations around in our life.

4. God is more concerned about our character than our comfort         level.

5. God can renew our hearts and minds and lead us to be the person     He has designed us to be.
